The setting is lovely though, surrounded by open Norfolk countryside, so it makes sense as a quick stop when you're walking or driving between King's Lynn and the coast.

You'll want to check ahead for opening times as parish churches can be temperamental about access. Admission is usually free. If you're camping nearby - Dreamy Hollow Woodland Campsite or Range Farm Glamping are both under two miles away - this works as a gentle morning wander before you head to the coast proper. The Deepdale Camping & Rooms site, about five miles north, puts you closer to the beaches and might be a better base if you want proper attractions alongside your village church ticking.

Not essential viewing, but a genuine piece of Norfolk if you've got the time.
