If you're into the history of medicine, or you've got a specific academic interest, it's genuinely absorbing. Otherwise, it's probably not worth prioritising over the Bodleian or Christ Church.

You can see how physicians actually thought about disease and treatment across different eras, which is far more interesting than reading about it in a textbook. That said, access can be limited depending on what you want to look at, so checking ahead matters.

Historians and medical students will find real value here. Casual visitors? You'd get maybe an hour out of it if you're already in Oxford. It works best as an add-on to a broader university tour rather than a destination in itself.
