Barge Lock

The holiday parks within striking distance - Secret Valley, The Hideout, and Mill Farm - all sit within five miles, making this a realistic morning or late afternoon outing. The real appeal isn't the lock itself but using it as a starting point to get out onto the levels and away from the carpark. Go when the light's soft, not midday.
