Bayliss Hill

Rolling countryside spreads out in every direction from this modest peak just outside Evesham, making the climb well worth the effort. Bayliss Hill isn't particularly dramatic at 175 metres, but what it lacks in height it makes up for in proper panoramic views across the Vale of Evesham and towards the distant Cotswold escarpment.

Families with older children will enjoy the walk up - it's steep enough to feel like an achievement without being punishing. The footpaths are generally well-maintained, though they can get muddy after rain. Allow about 45 minutes for the round trip from the nearest parking spots in the lanes below.
