The car collection at Caister Castle, just outside Great Yarmouth, is genuinely brilliant if you're into vintage motors. You'll find yourself wandering through a proper treasure trove of classic vehicles - everything from 1920s rarities to post-war British icons that most people haven't seen in decades. It's not a stuffy museum either; the cars are real, they've been driven, and many still run.

The setting matters too. Caister Castle itself is an actual 15th-century fortress, so you're looking at history on multiple levels. The castle grounds give the whole experience a different feel from a standard indoor showroom. Kids usually find it engaging for a good couple of hours, though very young children might lose interest after the first twenty minutes or so unless they're properly gearhead material.
