Kirby Fields Park

Kirby Fields is a proper working nature reserve just outside Melton Mowbray, and it's the sort of place where you actually notice things - birds, wildflowers, the occasional flash of movement across the grassland. It's not a manicured park with benches and signage; this is land managed for wildlife, which means you get the real deal: wet meadows, scrubland, and open fields that change with the seasons.
