Mega Slip and Slide Cornwall

A massive inflatable slide that dominates a field near Truro - this is basically a giant slip and slide attraction that appeals entirely to families with young kids. You run down a long plastic slope while someone sprays water at you. That's it. That's the whole thing.

It's the sort of afternoon activity that'll keep children entertained for maybe ninety minutes if they're aged between four and ten. Once they've done it a few times the novelty wears off fast. Adults won't find much to do except stand around with a phone and try not to get soaked, though fair play if you fancy a go yourself.

Practical details are sparse - the website seems to have vanished and opening hours aren't listed anywhere reliable. Ring ahead before you travel. Cost-wise, expect standard inflatable park pricing, probably in the £10-15 per person range, but don't quote me on that.

Truro itself has proper attractions if you need a backup plan. Worth knowing about, certainly. Worth planning a whole day around? Probably not.
