The church sits just outside New Milton, a solid medieval structure that's more about the walk to it than the building itself. It's worth a visit if you're staying at one of the nearby parks like Hoburne Naish or Hoburne Bashley - both within spitting distance - and you fancy a gentle ramble with a bit of history at the end. The surrounding lanes are pleasant enough for a circular walk, and the church itself won't detain you more than twenty minutes unless you're really into medieval architecture. Free to look around, naturally.

Honestly, it's not a destination in itself. Come for the walk, come because you're curious about the village's roots, come if you're that way inclined on a Sunday morning. But don't expect anything dramatic. The New Forest is the main draw round here, and if you're camping at Holmsley or any of the other sites nearby, you'll find far more compelling reasons to venture out - the open heathland, the wild ponies, the proper forest atmosphere that makes Hampshire special. This church works best as a quiet punctuation mark in a day spent properly exploring the area.
