Cakes & Ale Holiday Park

This is no longer a holiday park. The owners are cashing in on Sizewell C and accommodating Sizewell workers over tourists and static owners. Presumably this is in breach of their operating licence/or planning law.

Booked this site as we have family who reside on the site. Booked in advance and payments were being made. Booked for middle of August for a week so children can spend some quality time with grand parents. Got a call they have cancelled. The fact is they cancelled as building work is taking place in the local town and they cancelled obtain more money from a contractor for builders to stay in than ...

Had a lovely stay here for the weekend, the park is beautiful and kept to a high standard. The Touring block was kept clean and fresh! The new Restaurant/Bar is such an upgrade and does some amazing food. All staff across the park are wonderful, welcoming and pleasant. Thankyou for a great stay, Will be back again!

Excellent evening in the refurbished yoxford boys bar on site. Food was amazing and the singer was very good. People up dancing and singing along. Lovely atmosphere and the staff all very friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant are open to the public and I can recommend both of them.

Have been to this site many times over the years and always loved it but unfortunately we have just returned after one night, from not such a great time there. I believe the site has just changed ownership and the new owners are doing some lovely things like opening up a larger dinning area and moved reception but the basics have gone terribly wrong.
