Coghurst Hall Holiday Park

We absolutely loved our stay at Coghurst! Staff were super friendly, the amenities were nice and everything was clean. Only small downfall was the general lack of cleaning bits (no tea towel, minimal washing up liquid, only 1 toilet roll etc). For a 2/3 night stay, we’d assumed we wouldn’t have to provide this ourselves. We know for next time though!

A small to medium sized holiday park with mainly caravans and some lodges. It has a nice lake but it looked like fishing spots were only for caravans next to the lake. There's a small bar/ restaurant with average prices food. The on site shop and arcade are both small (There's an Aldi 8 mins away). Second time here this year for a four day break. Caravan was spacious, clean and well equipped. Outside decking with furniture and direct views over a river. Huge lake is on site, as well as a restaurant and bar which is well furnished and very comfortable .there is also a shop, amusement arcade and swimming pool. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful place with lake and bridge, fountains and all the facilities you would need including swimming pool, amusements, bar, restaurant and shop. The caravans are modern and very clean with cooker, microwave, TV etc and the beds are comfy. Parking in our case right at the side of the van. It's not cheap but we enjoyed our stay

Coghurst is a lovely site. The lake is beautiful. We had a hot weekend, so didn't venture into the wooded area. The swimming pool is great, could be slightly deeper, but very relaxing, and warm. Adult only hour was very peaceful. Bar area great, both inside and on the terrace . Staff are all very pleasant, helpful and polite.
