Delamere Lake Sailing & Holiday Park

We had a brilliant stay at Delamere Lake Sailing Park. The park is beautiful, peaceful and really well kept. Our lodge was spotlessly clean when we arrived, which made a great first impression. The park manager was also very helpful and friendly, making sure everything was perfect during our stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing break, we’ll definitely be back!

We stayed last year and had a brilliant time so booked the same lodge again for bank holiday weekend. (Delamere 1) We paid for early check in and spent 1-2 hours cleaning the lodge, it was filthy. The floor was dirty and we had to hoover / mop throughout. The bedrooms were thick in dust, on every blind / curtain there were cobwebs and spiders. Oven and trays dripping in grease. We came here for a surprise birthday celebration weekend and could not have asked for a better setting. The lodge was beautiful and exceeded my expectations, it was spacious, immaculate and had all the amenities required for the stay. This is a difficult one to write. The area is nice, we were on the new side so didn't have any other lodges near us so it was nice and quiet and being on the lake edge was nice.
