Forest Edge Holiday Park - Shorefield Holidays

Lovely quiet park and not too far from sister site, Oakdene. We stayed at Lodge no.1 (Superior +3 bedroom) which was close to the main entrance and with a massive hot tub on the decking. Accomodation was spotless and comfortable throughout. We found soiled underwear and other disregarded items in our caravan upon arrival. The site was nice and all other facilities were clean, but I found the cleanliness of the caravan not okay unfortunately.

Will start with a positive - our car broke down during our final day and the onsite team could not have been more helpful, doing the changeover for us at the very last possible time so we could still use the toilet and stay shaded, they also helped us push our car into a safe space until the tow truck arrived. Although there's no physical reception desk at Forest Edge, the contact by telephone with Oakfield is friendly, prompt, polite and helpful.
