Gayton Farm

A real gem, gorgeous countryside experience but close enough to Cambridge to get a shopping or nightlife fix! Lovely people, a shire horse and sheep right next door. The good life 😍

A lovely quiet grassed area with drinking water, grey water disposal and electric hook up. During our stay we enjoyed several barbecues and log fire's during our three night stay. The logs were £5.00 per bag onsite. Stayed here for 4 nights. Great place to stop near Cambridge around a 5 mile walk. 2 good pubs close by which we had great meals in both. Will definitely return.

A simple but great camping! The facilities are well maintained, as is the field for the tents. You can also buy logs to use on a fire pit, but I personally put it out very quickly because the smoke and smell almost always ends up at neighbouring people, most of which had clothes drying in the wind. I was so impressed with this park. Within way distance of Cambridge and the Fens and set in a gorgeous, quiet village. The facilities were sparkling clean and there were plenty of facilities for all kinds of camping. Lovely fields to walk in and super facilities to come back to. Not many pitches guaranteeing a peaceful stay.
