Glassenbury Camping

A great campsite. Simple open field with a superb view. They have hot showers, compost toilets, washing up area, a bus to go sit and read or play games in. There is also a wood at the bottom of the field with swings and things in. Kids love it, they can go play while we relax at the tent! Recommended

We had a amazing weekend in the bell tent. Maria was very communicative before the trip answering all my questions quickly. Raf gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and checked the following morning that we'd had no problems. The site is beautiful - nothing but nature as far as the eye can see. Had the best time at this campsite! Was blown away by the shower and toilet facilities which felt very clean and close to nature. Shower products provided were great. Views at sunset over the hill were stunning. Wheelbarrows were a great addition for moving stuff from the carpark. Surrounding areas were lush and many attractions a close drive by.

This is a wonderful campsite. The views across the fields are great and the sunsets even better. Great facilities with different areas for each requirement. They are also are very clean. The walk into Cranbrook through the woods is lovely and very easy. Cranbrook has a good sized Co Op too. We will be returning regularly.
