Things I appreciated about our recent stay at Haven Riviera: Booked saver caravan (cheapest option) - were given a lovely caravan with memory foam beds (soo comfy!), ensuite toilet for the master bedroom, & sea view. Also heating was super efficient, fabulously located boost (heating) buttons, great easy access bedside lights, roomy master bedroom, well insulated - both for heating and noise, ea...

Just returned from a week stay with my family. Only negative I have is that the caravan we had smelt of old musty smoke, and when your non smokers it wasnt pleasant. However we went to reception and they went above and beyond and got us moved the next day. The caravan was clean and tidy and had good us of equipment however knifes need sharpening as blunt. My family and I have stayed at Riviere Sands Holiday Park quite a few times. We always have a wonderful time. The caravans are spotlessly clean. Beautifully maintained. Entertainment is great and everyone is so friendly. In particular I'd like to thank a lovely young man named John, who was so kind and empathetic. Came last year and we were disappointed this year to have a lower grade caravan than last year, having booked the same level. However…it was okay, relatively comfortable but we don’t like the shower door being opposite the opaque entrance door ! (It could have curtain or blind )The location is great but sadly (not the site’s fault) the bus service is no longer( there’s an ongoing petition about th...
