To whom it may concern. I would like to make a formal complaint. After not being able to spend much time as a family due to my work schedule, i was looking forward to being able to bring my family away to this caravan for a break. Took my 2 very nervous dogs here for a week to escape fireworks where I live and the peacefulness was just amazing. Would highly recommend this holiday park. Surrounding area is beautiful and I found plenty of walks for to keep the dogs happy.

This holiday park has a small but idyllic feel. Looking on to the beautiful dales and a short drive from the towns few shops and cafés. A 45 minute drive from Central Durham and an excellent location for lots of local sites to explore. The caravan we stayed in was in need of new lino, but was clean and cosy. Short break, stayed in one of their caravans. Site was immaculate, peaceful and dog friendly. Caravan was nice, well equipped. Only issue we encountered was the cleanliness of the van. Could have been much better to say it was just 'cleaned' before I got there. Didn't expect to have to sweep the floor ourselves when we walked in.
