Great stay, lovely lodge and hot tub. Friendly staff and reception team are super helpful and welcoming. Pool area is lovely and warm, water slide is great fun for children. Great location, can hire bikes from centre of Dawlish and are some great local cycle routes.

Standard of service from staff was exceptional from booking, in reception and the bar. We stayed on a quiet February weekend, as a couple so enjoyed the peace and quiet in a lodge. They have everything you need here for a family holiday. Indoor and outdoor pools, well stocked shop, fish and chips takeaway, gym, walk to the beach, and childrens and family entertainment in the bar and restaurant. ...

Arrived for our festive break. Caravan is a lovely size fir the two of us and Trevor the Dachshund. He loves the walks from the park and that everything is dog freindly on site. We got a very warm welcome on arrival plus a follow up call to check we were happy, which we were. We went to the clubhouse and had a very nice meal which was a fair price. We have a few days left but so far so good.

Here currently in November. Came this time of year as was literally a quarter of the price then if came in summer. The lodge itself is absolutely stunning. So clean, modern, warm and comfy. Hot tub absolutely lovely although could be a bit hotter. Staff have been excellent.
