Visited here a few times now. The site seems to improve each time we visit. Beautifully maintained by Walter & Lisa it’s a joy to return here. The two restaurants almost at the entrance of the site and the bus stop outside to Clitheroe make it as good as a location as you could wish for. Super if you appreciate great places for eating and drinking.

What a great campsite , so well looked after by the owners who are also lovely people, highly recommended. Walter even converted me to using Solbio toilet fluid which he sells at a very competitive price. Ask him when you are next there.

Convenient site for stop over on main A59 adult only site lovely friendly greeting on arrival, pitches were average size and level however we thought £38.00 per night was excessive. The shower was then charged at 20p per minute and as soon as you put your money in the time starts, also the main thing I did not like there was only one changing area which was in-between the 2 showers so no privacy.

Immaculate site situated off the busy A59, we weren't bothered by traffic noise either. The facilities are modern and kept immaculately clean by Walter, who is a mind of information and very helpful. The downside is that there is nowhere to walk to. Reliant on motor vehicles. Having said that, we will definitely be back purely for the tranquillity of the site.
