Hotel Staff didn’t give us any information about anything so we ended up missing all the pool sessions. And the young guy who ran the arcade during the evening turned all the electricity off as I was using them just because he wanted to finish early even tho there was 20 minutes till closing time. Won’t be back

When you first arrive at Southview Holiday Park, it looks very beautiful and welcoming. The park itself is lovely, and the caravan we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not match the first impression. There were many flies inside the caravan, and the hot tub was not properly cleaned, which was disappointing. On arrival we thought wow it looked amazing but as we entered the showbar the steps where covered in rubbish and there was loads of blue bottles going through door and in toilets. Ever toilet had loads of them flying around. Doors hanging off no locks in some of the toilets or frames hanging off. We spent 11 nights at Southview, and had a lovely stay for the most part. The staff (particularly reception and security) were very friendly, the location itself is lovely with hundreds of geese and ducks occupying a seemingly endless amount of ponds and lakes.
