A hidden little gem tucked away. Very quiet and well maintained. Wonderful walks to be had. Along the river bank behide. Lovely place to chill out. Spent all most a week here Tues to Monday the most chilling relaxing break I've ever had . Lovely walks around the park and Thornhill village , everyone so friendly. The Kings Head pub is lovely to spend an evening at. Definitely a lovely caravan park ...

Pitched a tent here for 2 night. Very clean with decent showers, toilet block and a wee kitchen for dishes etc. Absolutely lovely wee place. Staff are really nice. Beautiful wee river runs at the back of the camp. Really peaceful and quiet.

A nice, friendly site. Very peaceful. The showers although a little dated, are really powerful. There's a kitchen area for cleaning dishes and a plug for charging devices if needed. Very friendly. Quiet. Beautifully kept. Clean showers and toilets. Reasonably priced. Nice flat area to pitch our tent. Only reason we have not given 5 stars is that it is a little out of the way, short car journey to nearest pub. There is a bus service but we missed the last bus at 6:30

The best campsite around for a peaceful, restful stay. Wonderfully well kept, clean and well stocked with information leaflets. With the river running past the bottom of the site and the hills in the distance, a more picturesque place would be hard to find and the range of wildlife is exceptional. All in all, a hidden treasure.
