Pigs in Blankets, Camping and Glamping

The whole experience was wonderful. Our neighbours on the campsite were lovely. The showers were proper showers with doors as opposed to the tiny showers with curtains you get at most campsites. This is a beautiful site just 15 minutes walk from Southwold. We chose a non electric pitch ( no.36) next to a wild crop field. The pitches are huge with plenty of space for our motorhome and two dogs. We arrived at the weekend and the site was quite full so booking would be recommended. This campsite was in a great location with a nice walk in to the town. The campsite facilities were great with access to phone charging and a freezer to store food and a bar with live music ! It's a great campsite with tons going for it. The tent area had area of long grass and is a strictly no cars allowed area. Which i think it's nice and I would really appreciate that if I was in a tent. We stayed in our van in the grass pitch area, which has roped off pitches and is located next to a lovely meadow / field of sunflower. Lovely quiet place to stay to relax and recharge your batteries. Facilities are really clean and great having a bar on site. 20 minutes walk to the beach although few areas available for dogs during summer season. Although great when you find them. Staff really welcoming and friendly. Would recommend pigs in blankets camp site.
