Pipers Height Caravan Park

Do not pay any money for a seasonal pitch on this site . I paid £500 deposit and £220 storage i took my caravan off 2 qks later as due to illness and personal circumstances I had to sell my caravan. The reception staff was well aware of this . The owner now has taken 9 wks to contact me and refused to refund or transfer my money to sombody else . This site is amazing we stayed there in our motor home the staff are absolutely fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help. We had our granddaughter with us and they positioned near the park. It’s a short bus ride to Blackpool 15 minutes away from Lytham. The facility were one of the best we’ve seen.

We spent a great one and a half seasons here on a Seasonal touring pitch. The site is well maintained and Tracey and Russell do a great job as wardens. Rules are a little strict at times, but this is a plus in that people who lack proper caravaning etiquette, or proper dog control are not tolerated. Lovely site just a short drive from Blackpool. Was great base for us for a few nights. The pitches are very large and well spaced out. Toilet and shower facilities were immaculate, some of the best we’ve seen. Handy little shop on site stocking all the essentials. Would definitely visit again
