Reraig Caravan & Camping Skye

We were lucky enough to have stayed there for three nights. The showers and toilets were kept immaculately clean and the water was piping hot, both in the showers and kitchen wash areas. Lovely little campsite that has mostly hard standing pitches at a reasonable rate. A Spar nearby stocks a very good selection of food and currently there is a food truck onsite 7 days a week serving nice looking food. Moroccan lamb tagine for example on the menu. Toilets are code protected but the entrance is not lit so bring a torch.

My husband and I camped here for a night in late August and enjoyed it so much! I'm not a camper by any means, but this was somehow the best night of sleep I've had in a while! Even compared to my comfy bed at home. A perfect little campsite only minutes from the Skye bridge, the harbour village Plockton and the amazing Coo village of Duirinish. A very warm welcome upon arrival and immediately made to feel welcome and valued. This is a lovely campsite. It's great for a base to visit lots of places especially Skye by making this your base you can trip on and off of Skye without the feeling you must rush, take pictures and leave without real memories of the place because you MUST SEE THIS OR THAT NOW ( seriously people decide its worth more than one flying visit. ) Take a step back when planning, give yourself some time ...
