Nice and quiet, good and clean facilities. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced too. Will be coming back again, good for one night if you’re local to Notts, as it feels like you’re far away whilst only being half an hour up the road

We have stayed here several times and just come back from a weekend there. The middle shower block has not been open for a couple of years so what's happening? Top shower block and loos are lovely if you are near them. My main gripe is the state of the road network around the site! Camping in a VW camper on an electric pitch. The site is easy to get to and well mapped out when you get there. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Though getting into the site office may be problematic for less able bodied persons.
