Sandybrook Lodges

We have stayed at Sandybrook for many years, at least 7 times. This was by far the worst positioned Lodge, it felt like we were in a goldfish bowl. Every car and person would be staring in all the time. I would recommend some plants or small trees positioned to make it a better stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at Sandybrook lodges, cosy, clean and well equipped accommodation. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. Swimming pool really good. Hot tub could have been hotter but the staff were happy to turn it up for us.

Our stay at the Ashbourne lodges was excellent. The lodge was spotless, modern and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. The location is ideal — close to Ashbourne and beautiful walking spots like Dovedale. The site itself is quiet and well maintained, and parking was easy. We are just leaving our stay and had an amazing time. Great location, but we didn’t really have to leave the park. Amazing for children and lovely pool. I have to especially shout out the lovely ladies on reception, we met around 5 different women, and they were all so chatty, kind, couldn’t help enough and really made us feel at home. Thank you! X

First visit to a lodge since my wife has been in a wheelchair. The lodge was exceptionally clean, well spaced and adapted for wheelchairs. In a lovely location in the woods with lovely walks and wildlife. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were good facilities on site. Highly recommended.
