Silverhill Woodland Retreats & Teversal Campsite

We stayed with our touring caravan, great site. There are lots of walking routes right from the site, the toilet and shower facilities are spotless and a pub within walking distance. What more do you need. 😊

Just had a weekend there the site just needs the gravel roads to the pitches making wider I’ve got a twin axle and was struggling to reverse onto the pitches without going on the grass and put it down to the van size until our friends turned up and he was in the same position. The toilet block is amazing and it’s the best I’ve seen on any site I’ve been on ever also the elsan point as a sink, soap...

We went to this Beautiful quite site for 2 nights in November, The staff were very friendly and helpful and the amenities were absolutely Fantastic Shower block very very clean and lovely hot showers. Brilliant walks on the doorstep. Hardwick Hall is a lovely place to visit as is Hardwick Inn for a Beautiful Meal and also was Dog friendly and 2 minutes down the road by car. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Well run site. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing toilets, 4 individual cubicles with shower, sink and toilet inside which we found very convenient indeed. Laundry facilities available and small shop on site. Lovely location with woods directly opposite and Hardwick Hall just a few miles away. Only downside is no free WiFi and not easy to get connected.

Great site for our motorhome, really friendly and helpful staff, nice big pitches, gravel hard standing with EHU. Facilities block spotless and very modern, massive cubicles each with their own sink, mirror, toilet and shower. Very clean pot wash and chemical toilet areas, very well thought out and hot water.
