Abit primitive but that's OK. Showers and toilets on site. You have to keep hold of the button when having a shower. £25 for the night. I thought it was over priced for winter. It would be £20 tops.

I was looking for a place to pitch up tent on my lejog cycle trip. I was on route so a good location for me. The communication via WhatsApp worked well. Excellent campsite. Very rural but in a great location with a nearby pub. The owner is very friendly and the site is great, very handy for us because we only live 25 minutes away 🙂 brilliant for visiting blackpool. Has a little football section for the kids too.

Smithills View Campsite Review We had a fantastic stay at Smithills View Campsite. The scenery was beautiful, with lovely views of trees, fields, cows, and sheep — a perfect countryside escape. Lovely little site, we stayed in The Orchard as a family of 7 it was perfect , thanks to Rick and your team. Very secure for the younger ones and even has a ball court with the added bonus of a bar on Saturday evenings. There's a nice little pub that serves food about 5/10 mins walk where dogs are welcomed and staff are lovely. Overall fab 3 night break and will definitely be returning.
