You won't need more than twenty minutes here unless you're into genealogy or brass rubbings, but it's exactly the kind of stop that transforms a holiday. The walk from the car park is short and gentle - no scrambling required. Families with young children can manage it easily, and it makes a decent leg-stretch between hotel and activities. If you're staying at Dalraddy Holiday Park just down the road, it's practically on your doorstep and costs nothing. The church works well as a quiet interlude before heading into Aviemore proper for lunch or activity centres.
