Carshalton Water Tower

Carshalton itself is worth wandering round after - the high street has decent cafes and the pond nearby is lovely for a stroll. If you're based at Alderstead Heath Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite, it's only a few miles away, making it a cracking half-day option when the weather turns or you fancy something low-key. Admission is modest and worth it if you're into industrial heritage; it's honest, unpolished, and unpretentious. Not a blockbuster attraction, but genuinely worthwhile if you're exploring the area properly.
