Catchcold Tower

You'll find this stubby brick tower standing alone in the Hampshire countryside, a few miles out from Southampton. It's a 16th-century structure that once served as a lookout post, and honestly, it's the sort of place that rewards curiosity more than it rewards effort. The tower itself is modest - you're not climbing anything grand here - but the setting feels properly isolated, which is half the appeal.
