Shrewsbury's only a couple of miles away, so it's easily combined with the town itself rather than being a standalone destination. If you're staying at one of the nearby touring parks - Love2Stay, Oxon Hall, or Ebury Hill are all within easy driving distance - it's a decent half-day option on a rainy afternoon.
