First trip of many I'm sure. Fantastic site just as we like it - adult only, fab fishing lake views (actual fishing to be experienced on a future, warmer visit), friendly and welcoming team, great facilities, 5 mins walk to a lovely and welcoming locals pub and within bus distance of town. Nothing not to like, we'll be back!

What an absolute gem on arrival to site there was a locked gate and cameras which we felt safe straight away. We were greeted by one of Karl's sons which showed us to our pitch explaining everything we needed to know for a super 4 day stay. Gated entrance off the road with easy access. This adult only site was immaculate and with views of the fishing lake and beyond made it feel special. Plans are in progress for sighting holiday home's in a very well laid out plan. Staff are super friendly. The facilities are clean and warm. Fully serviced pitches for tourers. We stayed for 5 day's. We will return because it is a lovely place
