Families with older kids will manage this fine. Younger ones might find the boggy bits tedious and the gradient testing, but it's nothing technical. Walkers after a proper morning hike will get their money's worth, and it's the sort of place where you won't be jostling with crowds - you might see three other people on a weekend.
