Dupath Well

You'll find Dupath Well tucked away near Callington, and it's one of those old English spots that stops you dead in your tracks. A medieval wayside shrine carved into a granite outcrop, water still trickling through after centuries - the kind of thing you stumble upon and think, 'How did I not know about this?' The well itself sits beneath a stone shelter, weathered but unmistakably intentional. Pilgrims would have stopped here, filled their vessels, maybe said a prayer. Standing there now, it feels less like a tourist attraction and more like you've accidentally wandered onto someone else's spiritual territory.

Walkers will get the most from it - this isn't a sit-down destination, it's a proper detour on a ramble through the Cornish borderlands.
