The facility caters mainly to regular classes and competitive training, though they do offer taster sessions for holidaying families. Your little ones will get a real taste of vault work, beam routines and floor exercises under qualified instruction. Teenagers particularly love the more advanced equipment, while younger children (from about 4 upwards) can tackle age-appropriate apparatus safely. It's not a drop-in leisure centre - you'll need to book ahead and commit to at least an hour session. The coaching standard is genuinely impressive for a regional facility. Families staying at nearby parks like Dodwell Park or Stratford Parks will find it's about a 10-minute drive from most local caravan sites. Don't expect this to fill a whole afternoon though - it's more of a focused activity that slots nicely into a longer stay exploring Shakespeare country. The staff are brilliant with nervous first-timers, and seeing kids master new skills gives parents that warm glow that makes holiday photos even better.
