Beware! We made the mistake of thinking we were could pitch a tent alongside our Campervan. We were informed on arrival that “as this is a grass only site, tents aren’t allowed “. Came in a Motorhome fantastic location, there is a riverside taxi the guys are full of information on the trip down the river. Touring pitches OK, not enough entertainment, needs a couple of hours each night, it was peak season. Food, nothing special and portions small. Site warden was friendly, toilets etc, clean. River taxi was my favourite thing, fishing poor. Good job we came with friends, or would have been very biring. Would not come back.
