Karen's Viewpoint sits high enough to give you a decent panorama without requiring a serious hike - though the walk up from the road is steep enough to get your heart pumping a bit.

Families with older children will appreciate this one more than those with toddlers in tow. The approach isn't buggy-friendly, and there's nothing to keep little ones entertained once you're up there. But for anyone who enjoys a good view and doesn't mind a short climb, it's well worth the effort.

The viewpoint works brilliantly as part of a longer walk along the nearby footpaths, though you could easily drive up, take in the vista, and be back at your car within twenty minutes.
