The walking's decent here. There are paths threading through woodland and open grassland, nothing too demanding but enough to feel like you've had a proper stretch of the legs. Spring and early summer are best - the wildflowers put on a real show, and if you're lucky with timing you might catch nesting birds. For families with young kids it might feel a bit thin after 45 minutes - there's not masses of infrastructure or attractions beyond the walking itself. But walkers and anyone with a genuine interest in local ecology will find it worth half a morning, especially combined with the nearby caravan sites at Ord House or Berwick Seaview if you're basing yourself in the area. It's the sort of place that doesn't announce itself loudly, which is rather the point.
