Red Panda

High above the Pembrokeshire countryside, this elevated spot near Kilgetty offers sweeping views across the rolling green valleys that make this corner of Wales so special. The Red Panda viewpoint sits on a proper hill, and you'll need to walk up a fairly steep track to reach it - but the effort pays off handsomely.

From the top, you can see for miles across farmland dotted with stone walls and hedgerows, with glimpses of the coast on clear days. It's the sort of view that reminds you why Pembrokeshire draws so many visitors, though without the crowds you'd find at the more famous coastal viewpoints.

Walkers and photographers will get the most from this spot, particularly those staying at nearby parks like Folly Farm Holiday Park or Sunnyvale Holiday Park Saundersfoot. The climb takes about 15 minutes from the nearest parking, so it's doable for most families with older children, though toddlers might struggle with the gradient.
