The Mobile Library is exactly what it sounds like - a working branch on wheels with shelves of paperbacks, reference materials, and a proper lending counter inside. You get about two hours of opening time in the afternoon slot, which is enough to browse, pick up a few reads, or renew what you've already got out.

This isn't a tourist attraction in the traditional sense. It's genuinely useful if you're staying at one of the nearby caravan parks - Church Farm Ardeley, Almshoe Glamping, or Jacks Hill - and want to grab some reading material without driving into Stevenage town centre.
