Stony Hill

Calling this Norfolk's highest point feels rather generous when you're standing on what amounts to a gentle rise in farmland just outside Cromer. Honestly, most people will get more satisfaction from the proper clifftop walks around Cromer or the beaches at West Runton. But if you're in the area and fancy saying you've stood on Norfolk's summit, it's an easy enough detour. Just don't expect mountain drama - this is Norfolk, after all.
