West Hill

The peak itself takes 20 minutes to potter around, have a sit-down, take photos. Then you're moving on.

Wooler itself is a small market town with decent facilities if you need supplies or a proper meal. The Cheviot Hills demand respect in poor weather, so check conditions before setting out. This isn't the Lake District - it's quieter, feels more genuine, and worth the detour if you're camping in the area.
