Amerden Caravan Park

Just returned after staying six nights with family. Ideal location for visiting local attractions and nice walks along the river close to site. Friendly owners and very well kept facilities. Would definitely return and recommend.

We had a very nice weekend stay for Henley Women's Regatta. Bev the owner is lovely & friendly. The site is hidden away & peaceful, lots of trees & birdsong. We recently stayed at Ammerden Caravan Park on the outskirts of London during a trip to a show. Despite some vehicle trouble, we received a warm and friendly welcome upon our arrival. The site was immaculate, with pristine showers and toilets. The hospitality was outstanding, making it one of the best camping experiences we’ve ever had. Very friendly owners who welcomed us. When we were staying (end June) they weren’t busy so plenty of space. We stayed with our dogs and there is a nice walk by the river and ample of shade for them at the camp site. Showers, toilets all very clean. Yes, it is next to the motorway but it didn’t bother us as the site had everything we needed for our two nights. Easy access for Windsor home park.

This is a great place for your motorhome. Easy to locate from the motorway. The owner is welcoming, kind and easy going. the place is kept very clean and it has some lovely walks along the Thames nearby. Highly recommended!
