Always a pleasure arriving at Bankhead. Warm greeting from Carol. Helped with positioning van and made sure I had everything I needed. Ideal for visiting Anstruther and Crail on the Coastal path. Bus stops at gate for St Andrews and beyond. If only the weather could be guaranteed!!!

We arrived in pouring rain with no real plan & ended up staying for 2 nights. Such a lovely welcome from Carol and easy access to the coastal path with picturesque walks in both directions. Flat, generous pitches and clean, spacious bathrooms. Well worth the stop. Cash only!

Fantastic site near Crail with easy access to Fife Coastal Path. Drove past looking for somewhere to park up at 6pm on a busy Saturday and they were able to accommodate us no problem. Carol made us feel so welcome and the views were fantastic. Basic site with no showers but has clean toilets available with thoughtful bits n pieces in case you need them. Peaceful, spacious and well positioned t...

The 95 bus stops right outside so we were able to visit a Crail, Anstruther and St Andrews. The site has toilet and washing up facilities and EHU, no showers but didn’t bother us as we had our own facilities. 10 min wal...

We went here in august 2018 with two children and a tent. We stayed for two nights. Pitches are spacious and flat and the surroundings are quit although you can here traffic from the road. We found it difficult to find another campsite that takes...
