Channel View Touring Park

Supposed to be a grass pitch but it was soft sand. Couldn’t get the MH level because it sank in to sand, wheels spinning. Wouldn’t let us move pitch even though we were there for 2 weeks and there were lots of empty spaces. Looks like they keep the nice sand free pitches for those who store caravans over the road. Just spent two nights at Channel View campsite. £35 per night for two adults with ehu in October!! Toilet/shower block clean but very small, hate to think how you'd manage in peak season. No hard standing pitches, just sparse grass with an abundance of sand.. Would we use this site again? Definitely not.

We love channel view! Jackie & Bobby are just such lovely people, very friendly & welcoming, and not forgetting little Ted. It's so peaceful with the sea one side and scenery the other, best if both worlds with entertainment within walking distance.

We've been coming here for 3 years now and we absolutely love the place. It's always clean and tidy and the wardens Bobbie and Jackie are always very welcoming and helpful. The view's from the site are spectacular, especially the beautiful sunsets. We always look forward to coming back to this lovely site.
