Clarach Bay Holiday Village

Amazing siting, private beach is a lovely place to enjoy the sunset. Staff all friendly and helpful. Onsite food and drinks are reasonable.

First of all, the good things — the 20ft lodge was an absolute treat. It was very spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, and the beds were quite comfortable. Two of the bedrooms were en-suite, and the master bathroom had both a bathtub and a fitted shower. All three bathrooms were supplied with essentials. Not really possible to rate the rooms, there’s so many different types on this site. Service is a 4 because you have to pay a daily fee to use the club/pub and gym, plus an additional fee to use the pool, in October it was opened limited hours Monday to Thursday only. A lovely and quiet village, perfect for walks with the dog — plenty of different routes to explore. The staff are very helpful and quick to fix any caravan issues. It’s one of my favourite places in the UK
