Great little campsite, friendly owners and lots of choice for walking - just head out and see where you end up! We had a weekend stay in mid January in our van, facilities are good & clean 10/10 for the hot electric shower! Plus we found a great pub just 20 mins walk away with amazing food :)

Stayed in the static caravan for a couple of nights over Christmas, to do some hillwalking in the area. The caravan is lovely and clean and comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen facilities are very good, and the beds very comfortable. The only problem was that it was very cold. A gorgeous campsite! I stayed on a friend's recommendation and it was perfect. Great facilities, total peace and quiet, fantastic walks (and a good bus service), really lovely owners AND owls hooting you off to sleep. Couldn't have asked for more and am already looking forward to going back.

Fantastic small campsite. Second time staying here in our campervan - we’d enjoyed the first trip so much we came back with my parents, who tried out the luxury shepherd’s hut. Friendly owners, peaceful and relaxed feeling site, and importantly a number of good, traditional pubs within easy walking distance. We just spent the weekend here with our friends and our two dogs to celebrate my partner’s birthday and what a hidden gem this campsite is! We absolutely loved how small and quiet the site is.
