Lovely place to stay, great location for exploring Longleat and Cheddar Gorge. Helpful staff and had everything we needed.

Absolutely beautiful, wonderful place! The view was fantastic, the chickens in the mornings made me smile and there is plenty of other wildlife around. It is truly peaceful, hassle free and just lovely I cannot recommend here enough and cannot wait to stay again! We had a fantastic stay at Glamping On the Hill! The Yurt ‘Daisy’, nestled at the top of the hill, provided a cosy retreat with charming fairy lights, lanterns, and a wood-burning stove stocked with ample logs. Stayed for one night with my wife and two children. 10 and 8. Only 45min from where we life however it seemed as tho we were miles away. First impressions was amazing. Brilliant weekend here. Stayed in a shepherds hut which was extremely comfortable with lots of those little extras that make it extra special. My only regret was the weather was too warm to light the stove in the hut! Owners very friendly and accommodating, couldn't do enough to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again, may try a yurt next time.
