Glendale Holiday Park‎

The park itself is lovely and the staff are great, however, the management team leave a lot to be desired regarding customer service. We have had a caravan since May this year (2025) and it's is now the last day and we still haven't received our loyalty card. A few sales managers have been and gone, all have promised to deal with it personally yet we have received absolutely nothing...no card and ...

Not the best experience. Caravan had a horrible smell when we arrived and was not clean, stained couch and dirty floor/carpet. Dirty cutlery and cushions. We had no heating or hot water the whole night after calling reception&emergency phone line 3x to be told someone will be with us in 15 minutes and never arrived so the whole night and morning was spent freezing. Enjoyed our stay. Little further out than we expected from the Lakes but still enjoyed beautiful scenery. Lovely caravan. Site nice. Menu on site not great and food not all that. A few fog poo’s around which wasn’t nice. All in all had a lovely holiday.

Just stayed 4 nights at this site and had a lovely time. Location, accommodation and service from the park was fantastic. Great value for money stay. Shout out in particular to Zara and Chloe who entertained us each night in the clubhouse. They were absolutely fantastic and made our stay. Kept winning popping candy which was hilarious. Caravan not the cleanest, balls of hair behind doors, food packets left in the bedroom cupboards, cutlery needed washing before using. Bar was nice and clean but food not the best and forgot to bring out some of our food order. Drinks quite expensive. Staff friendly.
