Haven Orchards Holiday Village

I just wanted to make a complaint about one of the security guards. The tattooed security guard was quite rude and had a bad attitude when speaking to us. The way he came across felt dismissive and unnecessary. He also seemed to ignore some of the rules himself and was driving way too fast around the campsite, which made it feel unsafe and uncomfortable for people staying there.

The bald security guard was consistently rude and dismissive, with a clear attitude problem. He behaved as though the rules didn’t apply to him and drove recklessly fast around the campsite, creating an unsafe and unpleasant environment for guests.

We have been to this camp multiple times before and always enjoyed our time but cam recently and unfortunately it seems to have become a bit run down. The caravan was a bit grubby and the couch and carpet appeared stained. A lot of the public toilets had broken locks on the doors too. I am aware it was the end of the season but at the very least it needs to be clean where people are staying.
